Maaden – Exploration & Resource DevelopmentJeddah, Saudi ArabiaMaaden is seeking an experienced Planner to support the Exploration & Resource Development function within a newly established Project Management Office (PMO).This role is critical in building and driving integrated plans across multiple ongoing operational and capital activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and communicating project schedules while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.Build and facilitate planning workshops with internal stakeholders.Align engineering, procurement, and site activities into structured execution plans.Monitor schedule performance, conduct variance analysis, and prepare recovery plans.Lead weekly and monthly progress review meetings.Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance metrics (SPI/CPI).Support forecasting and continuous improvement of planning processes.Travel to project sites as required.What You Bring10–15 years of experience in planning and scheduling within EPC/EPCM environments.Experience with major engineering or project management firms.Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder discussions and communicate at all levels of the organization.Experience in multi-discipline projects (mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial sectors).Strong analytical and reporting skills.Why Join Ma’aden?This is an opportunity to join a growing PMO function supporting strategic exploration and operational programs within one of the region’s leading mining companies.Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaTravel: Frequent site visits requiredEmployment Type: Full-time, direct hire#J-18808-Ljbffr
