Stock Count Associate

Summary:A Stock Count Associate is responsible for conducting cyclic, mid-year, and year-end physical inventory counts across retail stores in the UAE. The role ensures physical inventory accuracy, identifies discrepancies, and supports seamless store operations during stock count activities.Job Responsibility:Conduct daily cycle counts, mid-year, and year-end physical inventory counts across retail stores in the UAE.Follow stock count guidelines and prerequisites before the start of inventory activities.Perform stock count duties as per instructions from the Team Leader / Immediate Supervisor.Identify, document, and report discrepancies or variances in detail.Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth stock count execution.Ensure zero disruption to store operations during inventory activities.Assist in variance analysis and support corrective actions.Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in retail or supply chain environment OR HSC with minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG retail or supply chain.Basic computer skills (MS Excel & MS Word).Basic mathematics skills.Proficient in reading and writing English.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong teamwork and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
