Were Hiring: Executive – City StrategyLocation: DubaiPosition Title: Executive – City StrategyReporting To: Section ManagerDepartment: Strategy and Emerging TechnologyWe are seeking a highly analytical and driven professional to support the implementation of a performance management framework that translates Smart City and internal strategies into clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.The role supports tracking the consolidated project portfolio performance and measuring the realized impact of city‑wide transformation initiatives to deliver more efficient, seamless, safe, and impactful experiences for the residents and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily OperationsConduct daily operations ensuring work processes are delivered efficientlyProvide management information, insights, and performance updates (periodic and ad‑hoc) to support decision‑makingPerformance Management & KPIsSupport the development, documentation, and detailing of KPIs and associated targetsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and government entities to define KPI methodologies, ownership, reporting frequency, and data collection processesHelp operationalize KPIs through effective communication and entity‑specific workshopsCollect KPI data and initiative/program information via structured surveysAnalyze KPI performance, identify gaps, risks, and performance issuesPortfolio & Impact AnalysisMonitor assigned project portfolio performance and targetsContribute to monthly consolidated portfolio performance reports (detailed and executive‑level views)Track and document project change management activities (scope, resources, timelines, etc.)Identify high‑impact initiatives affecting Dubai's financials, environment, and residents happinessDevelop qualitative and quantitative analytical models to assess realized transformation impactConduct impact analysis and support program owners in maximizing outcomesSelf‑Management & Continuous ImprovementDefine and track annual performance goals with the reporting managerOwn personal development plans and continuously enhance required competenciesStay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practicesPolicies, Processes & ComplianceFollow all relevant departmental policies, SOPs, and information security standardsContribute to process optimization with a focus on digitization and paperless initiativesQualifications & Experience RequiredGraduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in Strategy and Performance ManagementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldPreferred CertificationsPMP, PRINCE2, Six SigmaStrategic Planning certifications such as CSBPP, SPP, or equivalent#J-18808-Ljbffr
