Supply Chain Coordinator - Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaAs a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials in our company. Your main responsibility will be to manage our supply chain processes and maintain the inventory levels to meet customer demands.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materialsMonitor inventory levels and identify potential supply shortages or overagesTrack and analyze key performance indicators such as lead times, delivery times, and inventory turnoverDevelop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues that may ariseOversee the execution of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryCoordinate with logistics team to arrange transportation of goodsImplement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or efficiencyMaintain accurate records of all supply chain activitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferredProven experience in supply chain management or logistics is a plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions based on analysisExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with different teamsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of supply chain management software is a plusExperience negotiating with suppliers preferredWe are looking for a highly organized individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
