Talent Acquisition Manager

Foreground is partnering with a regional financial services group in the UAE to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for driving recruitment strategy across the banking and financial services portfolio. This leader will oversee workforce planning, employer branding and end-to-end hiring to attract top regional and international financial talent.ResponsibilitiesLead talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements.Partner with business heads to forecast workforce needs and design sourcing campaigns.Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, assessments and offers.Build relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms and universities.Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and labor laws.QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR or Business; Master’s preferred.8 years of recruitment experience in banking/financial services.Deep knowledge of regional hiring trends, compliance and compensation structures.Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
