The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well‑established regional presence.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Talent Acquisition Officer (Tagalog Speaker) with 2+ years of core recruitment experience in the U.A.E., preferably within the construction industry.The ideal candidate will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both white‑collar (engineering, professional, and administrative roles) and blue‑collar (site workforce, operators, technicians, and labor roles) positions. Fluency in Tagalog is essential to effectively communicate with a large segment of the workforce.This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, bulk hiring experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams in a fast‑paced construction environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and project timelinesManage full‑cycle recruitment for white and blue‑collar rolesHandle bulk hiring requirements for project‑based recruitmentDraft and publish job advertisements across job portals and social media platformsSource candidates through job boards, referrals, direct sourcing, and networkingScreen CVs, conduct interviews (including in Tagalog when required), and shortlist candidatesCoordinate technical, trade tests, and final interviewsMaintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate documentationEnsure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidatesMonitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely hiring closuresEnsure compliance with U.A.E. labor regulations and internal recruitment policiesREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 2+ years of recruitment experience in the U.A.E., preferably within constructionProven experience hiring both white and blue‑collar rolesFluency in Tagalog and English (mandatory)Strong sourcing and screening skillsExperience in bulk hiring and high‑volume recruitmentExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri Gulf, and other recruitment platformsAbility to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
