These roles are essential in delivering high-quality deployment and field operations for leading operators and vendors.Detailed Job DescriptionMultiple field and engineering positions are open for telecom specialists with hands‑on experience in Nokia or Huawei mobile networks. Depending on the role, candidates will support RAN integration, troubleshooting, site installation, commissioning, rigging, and field maintenance activities. You will work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of network deployment tasks across various UAE regions. The ideal candidates bring strong technical expertise, vendor‑specific experience, and readiness to support fast‑paced telecom projects.Open Positions & Key ResponsibilitiesNokia Mobile Network EngineersPerform Nokia RAN installation, commissioning, and integration.Troubleshoot BTS/RRH/BBU issues and resolve field alarms.Conduct site acceptance, KPI validation, and cluster support.Huawei Mobile Network EngineersExecute installation, commissioning, and integration of Huawei RAN equipment.Perform troubleshooting, parameter verification, and swap activities.Support drive testing teams and ensure site performance stability.Technicians (Nokia & Huawei Experience)Assist in cabling, hardware installation, and site preparation.Support engineers during integration and onsite troubleshooting.Perform basic tests, checks, and site hardware maintenance.Riggers (Nokia & Huawei Experience)Perform tower climbing, antenna installation, and microwave alignment.Handle feeder installation, labeling, and earthing tasks.Ensure site safety standards and quality compliance.Required Qualifications & SkillsHands‑on experience with Nokia or Huawei RAN equipment (mandatory).Strong knowledge of mobile network hardware, installation, and field operations.Experience in telecom rollout, site build, upgrades, or swaps.Ability to work in outdoor and field environments.Excellent problem‑solving and teamwork skills.Readiness to join immediately (highly preferred).Nice‑to‑Have SkillsUAE telecom vendor/operator experience.Certifications in RAN, rigging, or safety (e.g., PPE, Working at Heights).Experience with 4G/5G site deployment and testing.Knowledge of fiber, MW links, or small cell installation.Recruitment Pro TipRecruitment Pro TipBoost your chances by highlighting specific Nokia or Huawei field projects you’ve completed—especially RAN integrations, site swaps, or rigging deployments—as real project exposure is highly valued in UAE telecom roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
