Job Title: Tournament City Operations – OperationalLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaContract Duration: Project-Based (Pre-Tournament & Tournament Period)Start Date: March 2026Employment Type: ContractEligibility: Saudi TalentJob OverviewWe are currently engaging Saudi Talent for the role of Tournament City Operations – Operational to support a large-scale international football event in Jeddah.This role plays a critical part in both the pre-tournament planning phase and tournament-time operations, ensuring effective coordination, reporting, and communication across multiple functional areas (FAs). The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can operate efficiently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Tournament PhasePlan and coordinate Tournament City Operations (TCO) activitiesPrepare regular and ad-hoc operational reportsParticipate in cross-functional area (cross-FA) coordination meetingsMaintain accurate meeting notes and minutesDraft official correspondence and letters related to TCO mattersTrack, clarify, and follow up on cross-FA issues and open actionsSupport alignment between departments and stakeholdersTournament-Time PhasePerform duties aligned with the Regional Operations Center (ROC) functionAct in the capacity of ROC Duty Manager when assignedCapture and monitor information from ROC communication tools (Incident Management Systems, coordination channels, etc.)Identify operational issues, risks, and incidentsFacilitate communication between ROC representativesSupport issue escalation and resolution processesMaintain and update ROC incident recordsEnsure incident statuses are properly tracked and documentedPrepare regular and ad-hoc operational reportsRequirementsSaudi National (mandatory)Experience in operations, event management, or coordination rolesStrong reporting and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesComfortable working in structured command/operations environmentsAbility to work under pressure during live event scenariosProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Flexible with working hours and shiftsPreferred ExperienceExperience in tournaments or large-scale eventsBackground in operations centers / command centers / logisticsExperience with incident management or reporting systemsExposure to cross-department coordinationKey CompetenciesOperational coordinationReporting & documentation accuracyStakeholder communicationProblem-solving mindsetAttention to detailAdaptability & resilienceContract DetailsProject-based contractPre-tournament & tournament coverageBased in JeddahCompetitive package offeredOpportunity to work on a prestigious international sporting event#J-18808-Ljbffr
