OverviewWe are looking for a Videographer / Photographer to join our team and bring compelling visual storytelling to life. This hybrid role requires a hands-on professional who excels in both videography and photography, capturing high-quality visuals for a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical expertise, and the ability to manage shoots from concept to final production. If you have a passion for creative content and a data-driven approach to visual media, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ProductionPlan and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate content.Capture compelling product photography, corporate headshots, event coverage, and brand storytelling visuals.Operate and maintain professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for optimal results.Ensure consistency in color grading, composition, and editing style aligned with brand guidelines.Manage post-production editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.Creative Direction & StrategyCollaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual concepts.Research and implement the latest trends in video production, photography, and motion graphics.Optimize content for different platforms (social media, websites, advertisements) to maximize engagement.Technical & Operational ManagementSet up and execute studio and on-location shoots ensuring high-quality production.Manage camera settings, lighting, and composition to produce visually appealing footage.Stay updated on emerging photography and videography technologies to enhance production quality.RequirementsProven experience in both videography and photography.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).Experience with lighting setups, camera equipment, and audio recording.Strong understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling.Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.Work ArrangementThis is a full-time onsite position with no remote or hybrid work options.
