The successful candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service. A salary of 1600 is offered. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position.Requirements for the Candidate• Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting is preferred but not essential• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to understand and follow instructions• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Good organizational skills• An outgoing personality• Fluency in English is essential and fluency in Arabic is an advantage• A valid work permit if applicable• A valid driver’s license would be an assetResponsibilities• Greet customers upon entering the restaurant and provide them with menus.• Take orders from customers and enter them into the point of sale system accurately.• Serve food items to customers as per their orders.• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as napkins, utensils, plates, condiments etc.• Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service at all times.• Ensure that all dishes served meet the restaurant's quality standards. • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area at all times. • Provide assistance with drink orders when needed. • Manage customer complaints in a polite and professional manner. • Aid with restocking items as needed throughout shift. • Follow safety procedures when handling food items and beverages. • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor on duty.
