We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Waiter & Housekeeper to join our team in Doha, Qatar.ResponsibilitiesGreet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely and accurate servicePresent menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu itemsMaintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stationsPerform housekeeping duties such as cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areasChange linens, make beds, and restock amenities in guest roomsAssist with laundry tasks and maintain proper inventory of cleaning suppliesRespond promptly to guest requests and concernsCollaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operationsAdhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in hospitality industry, particularly in food service and housekeeping roles (preferred)Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanorStrong knowledge of food and beverage service techniquesProficiency in cleaning and housekeeping practicesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standardsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasksFood handling certification (preferred)Knowledge of local customs and etiquette in Doha, Qatar (preferred)Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plusSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesTechnology, Information and InternetReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Kanz by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
