You will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests, ensuring the highest standards of service, and contributing to a positive and efficient restaurant environment.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials. Offer knowledgeable recommendations.Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's POS system.Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to established service protocols.Ensure table maintenance, cleanliness, and proper setting throughout the service.Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints or requests professionally.Process bill payments accurately using cash, credit, or room charge.Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the dining area.Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant service stations.Mandatory Requirements:Medical Fitness: Successful candidates must pass comprehensive medical tests for HIV, Hepatitis B & C, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Syphilis, and Drug Screening as per Saudi Arabian visa requirements.Police Clearance: A valid Certificate of Good Conduct from Kenya is required.Grooming: Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.Availability: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Desired Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong teamwork ethic and a positive attitude.Basic numerical skills for handling cash and bills.How to ApplyRegister and login with your applicant or student account to access the ability to upload your C.V and apply for a job.You need to login to apply for this job.
