At Al-Qadsiah, you’ll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation’s sports vision, and making history every step of the way.OverviewThe role focusing on the Player Development: Implement coaching philosophies, manage curriculum, monitor progress, ensure academic/football support, and focus on holistic growth.Job ResponsibilitiesStaff Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage coaching, education, and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to governing body rules (SAFF etc.). Manage audits and report to Women’s Sporting Director.Stakeholder Management: Liaise with parents, agents, Women’s Sporting Director, Women’s 1st Team Head Coach and coaching staff.Welfare & Safeguarding: Work with the Club Safeguarding Manager to prioritise child protection, mental health, and overall well‑being, ensuring all staff have necessary clearances.Deliver best practice across all areas of the academy, including technical coaching, physical performance, nutrition, psychology, mental health, wellbeing and sports medicine.Create an environment and workflow that optimises the individual and collective performance of our players through analysis, data and insight and aligns with the Al Qadsiah Football Strategy.Provide line management support to the direct reports and align work according.Maximise the capacities of individual players (within the context of the team) by providing the highest level of coaching possible.Design individual development plans in line with age group coaches for all academy players.Work closely across all departments to provide holistic player development.Provide analysis and key metrics for use in board meetings, strategy meetings, coaching meetings and/or any other relevant forum.Ensure all continuous professional development and training courses are up to date and the minimum professional standards of the Academy are met.Any other reasonable tasks as required by the Women’s Sporting Director.RequirementsUEFA A Licence or equivalent (Desirable)UEFA B Licence (Essential)Required Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceEvidence of creating and leading Academy projects.Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.Proven ability to align daily activities with long-term Club Strategy.Experience of using data management systems/methodologies to monitor and evaluate performance (Desirable).Excellent skills for interacting with diverse groups (players, parents, executives).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.Proactive and innovative mindset to identify and implement new opportunities for improvement.Meticulous attention to detail and a positive, calm and trustworthy manner and way of working.Must speak fluent English, (Arabic a bonus).Experience within a professional club in the Middle East (Desirable).BenefitsBe Part of the Legacy: Join a club that’s redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony.
