Accounts and Admin Assistant

Job OverviewWe are hiring an Accounts & Administration Executive to handle daily accounting activities along with administrative coordination. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records, supporting internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.This position is suitable for candidates with hands‑on experience in accounts and administration, preferably in a manufacturing or construction chemical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliationManage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier paymentsMaintain petty cash and expense recordsPrepare invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, and credit/debit notesTrack customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivablesAssist in monthly closing, VAT filing, and basic financial reportingCoordinate with auditors, banks, and suppliers when requiredSupport coordination between management, production, and logistics teamsPrepare reports on expenses, stock purchases, and administrative costsEnsure compliance with company policies and UAE labor and tax regulationsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent3–4 years of experience in accounts and administration (manufacturing or construction chemical environment preferred)Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systemsStrong working knowledge of MS ExcelKnowledge of UAE VAT and basic HR/labor proceduresStrong organizational and multitasking skillsGood communication skills in EnglishArabic or Hindi language skills are an added advantageSalary & BenefitsSalary: AED 2,700 + Accommodation + FoodHow to ApplyInterested candidates may apply by submitting their updated CV.
