Prepare and issue the weekly, bi-weekly & monthly progress reporting to internal and external managementii. Identify, evaluate, and resolve Planning/Cost Control/Financial mattersiii. Review, monitor and control costs, deliverables, programs, progress, and productivityiv. Perform trend analysis on cost for early identification of potential deviationsv. Prepare the monthly Invoices and coordinate with PMT/Client for approvalvi. Prepare Rolling forecast / Cash Flow and PCSvii. Perform trend analysis on cost for early identification of potential deviationsviii.
