Suplift offers people with the opportunity to enjoy life more and discover themselves through fun and cheerful experiences.Role OverviewWe are looking for Events Project Coordinator to communicate with clients, understand their requirements, prepare technical and financial proposals, coordinate with vendors, and support the execution of events to ensure high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients to understand their needs and event objectives.Prepare technical proposals, event concepts, timelines, and deliverables.Prepare financial proposals and pricing in coordination with the finance team.Source, communicate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.Build and maintain a strong vendor database.Follow up on proposals until closing.Coordinate internally with creative, production, and operations teams.Support and follow up during event execution to ensure quality and commitment.Prepare regular progress and status reports.Maintain strong relationships with clients.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.Organizational and multitasking ability.Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Preferably previous experience in events or business development.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or related field.1–3 years of relevant experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
