Job SummaryJM NPD is responsible to ensure development new products while closely working with Head NPD. He/She is also responsible to execute all research and development activities independently or under supervision.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing new and improving existing products from concept stage to launch stage.Ensure scaling up of NPD's by working with internal/external manufacturing plantsEnsure process development & optimization in plantsPre-launch storage studies and shelf life studies of new product.Search new suppliers to source ingredients of RM & PM that complement our existing product range.RM & PM specification and selection & recommendation of packaging material.Liaising between production, marketing and quality assurance department to produce a desired product at an acceptable quality standard.Documentation and online modification of recipes, routing and formulas in ORACLE.
