Are you experienced Club Manager with a passion and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment?Our client, a leading hospitality grouplooking for a Club Manager to join their team and take their establishment to the next level.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth running and an exceptional experience for members and guests.Lead, motivate, and manage staff across various departments, including reception, service, events, and security.Maintain and enforce the highest levels of customer service, addressing any member concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Manage the club's budget, control expenses, and oversee financial performance to meet or exceed revenue targets.Plan and execute events, activities, and programs that engage and entertain members.Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain current members.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.Collaborate with marketing teams to promote club events, memberships, and activities.Monitor and maintain the club's facilities and equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.Prepare regular reports on club performance, membership status, and operational issues for senior management.QualificationsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a club, hospitality.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team.Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in managing budgets, controlling expenses, and improving profitability.Experience in event planning, marketing, and membership sales is a plus.Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality operations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
