Archibat HR is actively seeking a Project Lead (Interiors) for a reputed hospitality design company to be based in their Dubai studio.We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to take ownership of the design phases for a portfolio of high‑profile F&B and Residential projects in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure that every design not only complies with local regulations but also supports investment goals and embodies our commitment to creating iconic developments. As one of three Project Leads within the company, you will be responsible for driving your own project pipeline from concept through to execution. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the design process from initial concept through to construction documentation and site implementation.Collaborate closely with our internal team of Designers, Visualisers, Drafters, and FF&E specialists to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions.Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and sub‑consultants to ensure full adherence to Dubai’s regulatory framework and project‑specific requirements.Track design milestones and progress, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.Align design development with feasibility studies and investment objectives.Assess and approve design submissions to uphold high standards of quality, functionality, and market appeal.Contribute strategically to refining internal design workflows and elevating overall project outcomes.Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the design journey.Required ProfileIdeal Profile:Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management skills.A proactive, meticulous approach to work and a dedication to delivering results.A team‑oriented mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with both internal teams and external clients.Demonstrated experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Solid project management capabilities, paired with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Candidate must be based in Dubai, and have prior solid UAE project experience.Position based in Dubai.Thank you for applying directly on our website (reference 999199) by attaching your CV and portfolio or please send your cv and portfolio at amd@archibat.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
