Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and well‑presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate is professional, organised, and comfortable managing front‑desk operations in a fast‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional mannerManage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriatelyOversee office inventory — monitor stock levels and raise purchase requestsSupport day‑to‑day office maintenance to ensure a clean, organised, and functional workspaceAssist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and general administrative tasks as neededRequirements1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role; prior experience as a receptionist is preferredStrong command of English — both written and verbal communication skills are essentialProficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable maintaining trackers and data recordsFamiliarity with office management practicesA professional, approachable demeanour with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritise, and remain composed under pressure#J-18808-Ljbffr
