Senior Process Engineer-Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reporting To - Process Department ManagerAct as Process team lead (Lead Process Engineer) for Feasibility and Concept study / Pre-FEED / FEED / Detailed Engineering for the assigned projects.Lead a team of Process EngineersEnsure all Process engineering deliverables are prepared and issued in adherence with project schedule tender requirements fit for purpose and quality and complete the project within the budgeted hours.Prepare/Review of process simulations.Actively participate in workshops such as Design Review HAZID HAZOP SIL PHA Constructability Reviews and provide close out to process related actions.Ensure the Designers are familiarized with the scope of the project in order to prepare all drawings and detail in full compliance with the project requirements.Manages internal interfaces with Project Managers and Project Engineering Managers for the assigned projects.Provide technical guidance job training to discipline engineers / junior engineers to ensure schedule adherence and quality of engineering documents.QualificationsStrong technical knowledge in the relevant discipline.Strong design and analytical skills with problem solving ability.Good verbal and written communication report writing and presentation skills.Hands‑On experience in process simulation tools (HYSYS UNISIM PROMAX) Hydraulic Simulations (Pipenet Korf OLGA) Familiar with Aveva IED Tools Smart Plant (PID)Familiar with International codes and standards Company standards.Experienced TechnicalMinimum of 15-18 years of professional experience in Process Engineering and Design of Oil & Gas facilities (On-shore / Off-shore). Experience in feasibility studies conceptual design pre-FEED FEED and Detailed Design as a Lead Engineer.EducationAcademic Education to BS or equivalent level minimum in Chemical Engineering from accredited University.
