ARCHITECTWe are looking for a talented Architect to join our multidisciplinary studio working on prestigiousinternational projects. The role requires a strong blend of architectural creativity and technicalexpertise with an emphasis on applying global design standards and best practices in accuratecode-compliant documentation. The successful candidate will be collaborative detail-orientedand capable of contributing to all stages of the design process from concept development tofinal delivery.Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Architectural Design & DevelopmentConceptualize develop and refine architectural designs aligned with project briefs andinternational design standards.Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes authority regulations andinternal standards.Produce detailed architectural drawings layouts and technical specifications fromconcept through to IFC stage.Collaborate closely with Master Planning Structural MEP Interior Design Landscapeand BIM teams to ensure seamless design integration.Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of design documentation and proactivelyresolve design-related challenges.Prepare high-quality design deliverables including drawings reports concept boards andinternal presentations.Support development of design documentation including mood boards conceptpresentations and detailed design packages.Technical Compliance & CoordinationApply strong knowledge of international building codes and standards in project designand documentation.Ensure compliance with construction detailing structural integration and materialspecifications.Coordinate with project teams to maintain consistency accuracy and quality across alldesign outputs.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support design approvals and reviews.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.Proven experience in handling full-cycle architectural projects from concept to IFCpreferably for international projects.Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling documentation and coordination).Proficient in AutoCAD Rhino Enscape and Lumion.Strong understanding of architectural design principles construction detailing andinternational building regulations.Excellent coordination and communication skills for collaborative design development.Familiarity with authority approval processes for international projects is an advantageRequired Experience:Staff IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
