Location: Saudi ArabiaType: Full-timeReports to: Project DirectorRole SummaryThe Design Manager leads the design coordination of complex development projects, ensuring architectural excellence while maintaining alignment with budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the architectural design process from concept through construction documentation.Manage external design consultants including architecture, structural, and MEP teams.Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines and cost targets.Conduct design reviews and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.Maintain design quality and project vision throughout all stages.Support authority approvals and regulatory submissions.Coordinate with cost and planning teams to align design with project constraints.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.Experience12–15 years of architectural experience.Experience in mixed‑use, commercial, or master‑plan developments.Previous experience with international design firms preferred.SkillsDesign coordination and multidisciplinary management.Technical knowledge of design standards and regulations.Strong communication and leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
